- 4 cups Zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, milk, melted butter, salt, and black pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the zucchini is tender.
