Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 pcs Chicken breasts sliced into strips
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 pc Red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 pc Green bell pepper sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 8 oz Pasta cooked and drained
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add chicken strips and season with Cajun seasoning. Cook until chicken is no longer pink.
  3. 3. Add bell peppers and garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. 4. Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and sauce thickens.
  6. 6. Toss in cooked pasta and mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
