Caesar Salad Recipe

Salad Ingredients
- 2 heads Romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 cup Croutons
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
Dressing Ingredients
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ½ cup Olive oil
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and olive oil until well combined.
2. Add ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese to the dressing and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese.
4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
