Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 2 heads Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Croutons
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and olive oil until well combined.
  2. 2. Add ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese to the dressing and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. 3. In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
