Cabbage Soup Recipe
A simple and hearty cabbage soup recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cabbage chopped
- 2 pcs Carrots sliced
- 1 pc Onion diced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 6 cups Vegetable Broth
- 2 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened.
3. Add the chopped cabbage and sliced carrots. Stir well.
4. Pour in the vegetable broth. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 30-40 minutes.
6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot.
