Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cabbage chopped
  • 1 lb Corned Beef cooked and diced
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
  2. 2. Add the chopped cabbage and diced potatoes to the pot. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
  4. 4. Stir in the cooked corned beef and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
