Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese Sandwich
A spicy, cheesy sandwich that's perfect for lunch or dinner.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded
- ¼ cup Buffalo sauce
- 4 slices Bread
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce.
Butter one side of each slice of bread.
Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
Top with half of the shredded cheese, then the buffalo chicken mixture, then the remaining cheese. Place the other slice of bread on top, buttered side up.
Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make the second sandwich.
