Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese Recipe
A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese with spicy buffalo chicken.

- 1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 tablespoon Buffalo sauce
- 4 slices Bread
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
1. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
3. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
4. Add a slice of cheese on each bread slice, then top with buffalo chicken mixture.
5. Place another slice of cheese on top of the chicken, then cover with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
6. Cook until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
