Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Flatbread
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken Breast shredded
  • ½ cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 2 tablespoon Ranch Dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Green Onions

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce.
  3. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and blue cheese crumbles over the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and drizzle with ranch dressing. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  7. Slice and serve immediately. Enjoy!
