  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, shredded chicken, broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
  5. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
