- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, shredded chicken, broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
