- 3 pounds corned beef brisket
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
In a Dutch oven, place the corned beef brisket, fat side up.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic around the brisket.
Pour in the beef broth, water, and Worcestershire sauce.
Sprinkle the black pepper over the brisket.
Cover the Dutch oven with a lid and place it in the preheated oven.
Bake for about 4 hours, or until the meat is tender.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
