Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef tips
  • 8 oz Egg noodles
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the beef tips and cook until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and cook until translucent. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Return the beef to the skillet and add the beef broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes, or until the beef is tender.
  5. 5. While the beef is cooking, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  6. 6. Stir in the sour cream into the beef mixture and cook until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Serve the beef mixture over the cooked egg noodles.
