Instructions
Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add the beef strips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the bell peppers and broccoli, stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
