Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef strips thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the beef strips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the bell peppers and broccoli, stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
