Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef roast
  • 4 Kummelweck rolls
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • to taste Horseradish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Season beef roast with salt and pepper.
  3. Place beef in a roasting pan and cook for about 1 hour or until desired doneness.
  4. Let the beef rest for 10 minutes, then slice thinly.
  5. Warm the beef broth in a saucepan.
  6. Dip the sliced beef in the warm broth.
  7. Place the beef on the kummelweck rolls.
  8. Serve with horseradish on the side.
