Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef chuck cut into cubes
  • 8 cups Beef broth
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 Carrots sliced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
  • 8 oz Egg noodles

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the beef chuck over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Pour in the beef broth and water, bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the sliced carrots, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
  5. 5. Add the egg noodles and cook for another 10 minutes or until noodles are tender.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
