Beef Mushroom and Barley Soup Recipe
A hearty and comforting soup with tender beef, earthy mushrooms, and chewy barley.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef stew meat cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup Pearl barley
- 8 oz Mushrooms sliced
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 8 cups Beef broth
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add beef and cook until browned.
Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
Add mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
Pour in beef broth, add barley, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1 hour or until barley is tender.
Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot.
