Beef Enchiladas Recipe
Delicious beef enchiladas with a homemade sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 8 pieces Tortillas
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onion is translucent.
Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder, and ground cumin. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Fill tortillas with beef mixture and roll them up. Place in a baking dish.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
