Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound Beef stew meat cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Celery sliced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides.
  2. 2. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
  3. 3. Pour in the beef broth, then add the carrots, potatoes, and celery. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 45 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  5. 5. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
