Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into chunks
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 3 cups Cabbage chopped
  • 2 medium Carrots sliced
  • 2 medium Potatoes diced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the chopped cabbage, sliced carrots, and diced potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for another 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  5. 5. Adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot.
