Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef (sliced thin)
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic (minced)

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over high heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  2. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add the remaining oil and garlic. Stir-fry for a few seconds.
  4. Add the broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Return the beef to the wok. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Stir well.
  6. Cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve hot.
