Beef and Broccoli Recipe
A quick and easy beef and broccoli stir-fry.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef (sliced thin)
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic (minced)
Heat the wok over high heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Add the beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
Add the remaining oil and garlic. Stir-fry for a few seconds.
Add the broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Return the beef to the wok. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Stir well.
Cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve hot.
