Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 4 cups Mixed Greens
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Corn Kernels cooked
  • 1 cup Black Beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the chicken breasts with BBQ sauce and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  3. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, corn, black beans, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Add the sliced chicken on top of the salad.
  6. Drizzle with ranch dressing and serve immediately.
