- 4 Baguettes
- 1 lb Pork thinly sliced
- 1 Cucumber thinly sliced
- 1 Carrot julienned
- 1 Daikon radish julienned
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Jalapeño sliced
- ¼ cup Cilantro fresh
1. Mix the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add the carrot and daikon radish. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the pork slices until done.
3. Slice the baguettes lengthwise. Spread mayonnaise on one side and soy sauce on the other.
4. Layer the pork, pickled vegetables, cucumber, jalapeño, and cilantro inside the baguettes.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
