- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¾ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon honey

In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and honey.
Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking continuously until the mixture is well combined and emulsified.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
