Main Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs beaten
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup dried fruit optional
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Fold in the dried fruit if using.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let it cool before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
