  • 2 tablespoon Jerk Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the jerk seasoning, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the chicken thighs.
  4. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
