  • 4 fillets Fish Fillets
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 buns Sandwich Buns
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup Tomato sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat each fish fillet with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated fish fillets on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
  5. Toast the sandwich buns in the oven for the last 5 minutes of the fish baking time.
  6. Assemble the sandwiches by placing a baked fish fillet on each bun, then top with shredded lettuce and sliced tomato.
