- 4 pieces Chicken Leg Quarters skin-on, bone-in
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 
- Place the chicken leg quarters in a baking dish. 
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. 
- Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
