Bacon Jack Chicken Sandwich

- 4 Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 8 slices Bacon
- 4 slices Jack cheese
- 4 Burger buns
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In the same skillet, add olive oil and cook the chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
3. Place a slice of Jack cheese on each chicken breast and cover the skillet until the cheese melts.
4. Toast the burger buns in the skillet until golden brown.
5. Assemble the sandwiches by placing the chicken with melted cheese on the bottom bun, topping with crispy bacon, and covering with the top bun.
