Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 cup Chopped Water Chestnuts
  • 1 cup Diced Bell Pepper
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 head Butter Lettuce for wrapping

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the skillet over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
  2. 2. Add shredded carrots, water chestnuts, and bell pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Cook for 2 more minutes.
  4. 4. Remove from heat. Spoon the mixture into lettuce leaves and serve.
