Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Mozzarella Balls halved
- 1 cup Sliced Salami cut into strips
- 1 cup Kalamata Olives pitted
- 1 cup Artichoke Hearts quartered
- ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Fresh Basil chopped
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, sliced salami, kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, red onion, and fresh basil.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
