  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup Butter unsalted
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Reduce the heat and whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  5. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately over pasta or as desired.
