Tempura Batter
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Ice water
- 1 Egg beaten
Shrimp
- 1 lb Large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, ice water, and beaten egg to make the tempura batter.
Season the shrimp with salt.
Dip each shrimp into the tempura batter, ensuring it is fully coated.
Place the battered shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
