Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Large shrimp, peeled and deveined about 20-24 pieces
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Butterfly the shrimp by cutting along the back and opening them up slightly.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Toss the shrimp in the mixture until well coated.
Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until shrimp are cooked through and slightly crispy.
Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
