Air Fryer Beefy Vegan Taquitos Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Vegan ground beef
- 1 cup Black beans cooked and mashed
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 8 small Corn tortillas
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the vegan ground beef, mashed black beans, cumin, and chili powder.
3. Warm the corn tortillas in the microwave for about 20 seconds to make them pliable.
4. Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each tortilla and roll them up tightly.
5. Brush the taquitos with olive oil and place them in the air fryer basket.
6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
