Air Fried Fish Po Boys

- 4 fillets White fish fillets such as cod or tilapia
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 units Eggs beaten
- 4 units Hoagie rolls split
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 1 unit Tomato sliced
- 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Hot sauce
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Mix breadcrumbs and Cajun seasoning in a shallow dish.
Dip each fish fillet into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the coated fish fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
While the fish is cooking, mix mayonnaise and hot sauce in a small bowl.
Spread the spicy mayo on the hoagie rolls, then layer with shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, and the cooked fish fillets.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
