- 2 cups dried hibiscus flowers
- 8 cups water
- ½ cup sugar adjust to taste
1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
2. Add dried hibiscus flowers and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves.
3. Remove from heat and let it steep for 10 minutes.
4. Strain the mixture into a pitcher and discard the flowers.
5. Let it cool, then refrigerate. Serve over ice.
